If you can’t sign in to your Rockeplace account it’s probably for one of the reasons listed below.
- The password you entered is wrong. If that’s the case, follow the link below the login button to reset it using your email.
- The username you entered is wrong. Same story, follow the link below the login button to have it sent to your email.
- Your browser is having issues. To see whether that’s the case, try opening Rocketplace in another browser, or searching the site in “private” or “incognito” mode in case it’s a cache problem.
